Our family of 6 had a great bike ride from Breckenridge to Frisco. Friendly staff, and good quality bikes with instructions. First time trying E-Bikes and will want to do it again.

Girls trip of 4 in mid September. We rented for full day ride from Breck to Frisco and had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and thorough with instructions as were were all new to e-bikes. Easy access to rental store front, bikes were all in good shape and made the scenic ride a breeze. Game changer for mountain activities, will definitely use Ridden again and recommend!

We came into town for a vacation and booked bikes for the Frisco trip. Bikes were charged and ready to go. The instructions to use the bike were explained well and they were very friendly. Really fun experience

We were only able to bring 2 bikes with us and went to Ridden for a third, as a 2-day rental. Service was friendly, quick, and helpful. Challenge we had was returning first bike right away because it drifted to the left, then the second we realized noisy rear brake but seemed to work ok in town. We then went to the Vail drop and unfortunately became no-rear-brake which is very dangerous. We managed and mitigated and wouldn't have even written a review, but when we took bike back a day early and asked for partial refund, the ladies were dismissive of being an issue and said would have to review with the boss. We got nothing in response or refund. Biking in these environments is already higher risk, there is no reason in having faulty equipment from a professional service. Good luck to you all and ride safe!
